Are you thinking of relocating to sunny Southwest Florida? Whether you are considering moving here with your family, retiring, or thinking of an investment property, North Naples is a great choice!
Why North Naples?
There are many regions to Naples: north, south, west of I-75, east of I-75, and Golden Gate Estates (sometimes called the Estates). Each region consists of different subregions that are all unique with different neighborhood restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores.
However, North Naples is unique because of the access that you have to the surrounding areas such as Bonita Springs and Estero. It is also conveniently located near I-75 for those commuting to Fort Myers or who need to be close to Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW).

Neighborhoods in North Naples
There are many neighborhoods located throughout North Naples that are hidden gems. These neighborhoods are also located in great school zones and are considered great areas for families with many local parks nearby.
A few neighborhoods that come to mind are Imperial Golf Estates, Palm River Estates, Willoughby Acres, Naples Park, Victoria Park, Candlewood, Delasol, Stonebridge, and Pelican Marsh.
These neighborhoods all differ in the price range with some neighborhoods having no HOA fees to other neighborhoods being gated that require HOA and mandatory golf memberships. That's why North Naples is so special because you can find a place to live for everyone due to the diversity that it offers.

Where to grocery shop in North Naples?
There are a few Publix locations located off Immokalee road as well as SuperWalmart. Sam's Club is also conveniently located off Immokalee road which is great for filling up the gas tank. Even if you have a Costco membership, Sam's Club membership is great to have in season when you don't want to venture near Airport and Pine Ridge road.
A local grocery store, Seed to Table, is also located in this region. However, this is no ordinary trip to the grocery store as there is valet, childcare available, and specialty food counters throughout the establishment.

Where to dine in North Naples?
Restaurants in Naples can range from luxury to the casual mom and pop local hangout. It really depends on your tastebuds, but I guarantee that there is something for everyone!
